【募集背景】 【作業内容】 ・DMM Eikaiwa operates with a multinational development team of approximately 30 members, where engineers from diverse backgrounds work on developing new features. The Project Manager we are seeking will serve as a liaison between engineers and business owners, managing projects toward the release of necessary and innovative products, and removing blockers for engineers. ・Bridge communication between engineering teams and business stakeholders ・Manage project timelines and deliverables for new feature development ・Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that may hinder engineering productivity ・Coordinate cross-functional collaboration in a multicultural environment ・Ensure successful delivery of innovative product releases 【求める人物像】 ・Strong communication skills to effectively bridge technical and business teams ・Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in diverse, multinational environments ・Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate and remove blockers ・Experience managing software development projects and understanding of development workflows 【開発環境】 ・OS: ・ミドルウェア： ・開発言語： ・FW： ・管理ツール：Github, Monday ・その他： ・開発マシン：Mac
